Physicians’ Management Services and Systems started in 1974. We provide medical billing services and software support for medical groups, individual physicians, physical therapists, and other healthcare providers.
Our approach is straightforward: personal service, established experience, and a long-term commitment to supporting our clients.
A system with a story.
The company was founded in 1974; the original software came later, in 1984, when David created it. That distinction is an important part of our story.
Today, the software continues to serve both our billing-service clients and our software clients.
It uses Fujitsu COBOL with Flexus SP2, a C++-based graphical interface add-on. These tools are part of the software’s ongoing history; for clients, our focus remains practical service and continued support.
